Palaver is a cultural smorgasbord prepared by and for Swedish speaking people all over the world. The Palaver magazine is intended to be a low-budget, high-quality alternative to mainstream publications.

An electronic version of Palaver no. 2 is available for free. You can download it from many Macintosh ftp sites -- if you don't find it, do an anonymous ftp to 130.158.96.131 and look in the 'pub' directory.
